About Vickie Alexander

Vickie Jean Alexander was truly a Proverbs 31 woman, who walked in holiness all of her Christian life.  She was a devoted wife and lover to her husband, Jimmy, a godly and good mother to her two children, Charity (Alexander) Mattke and Matthew Alexander, and was a devoted grandmother, but most of all a true worshipper of Jesus Christ.  She possessed a truly wonderful healing gift that was manifest with many hundreds of people being healed by her loving touch. Her touch was carried into her cooking and craft arts, and tatting.  She tatted wonderful art pieces for her family, friends and gifted her tatted items to people who she though needed a touch from the Lord. (Photos of her life and her tatting and crafts can be viewed below.)

Her favorite scripture was fully lived in her life of sometime difficulties. She would be sure to tell you, "My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials and temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience and consistency.  But let patience and consistency have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing." (James 1:1-2) She would always add, "You will lack nothing when he appears."  For Vickie, the Lord's appearing came to her on April 15th, 2011 at 12:40 a.m. USA Mountain time. She is now joined with the intercessors in heaven praying for us according to the will of Jesus.

Vickie's greatest desire was for people to be saved and set free from the powers of darkness that the enemy puts against their lives.  If she could speak to you now, she would say, "Fight a good fight, finish your course, and keep the faith, because it's better in heaven and in the presence of the Lord than they told us."

One day is as a thousand year and a thousand years as a day.  So, I miss you and will see you in the morning, at the rising of the Sun.  Your Loving Husband Jimmy
